I’ve found an amazing sports bra for Dcup+

I’ve been looking for one for the longest time, I’m a 36E/34F and it’s so difficult to find sports bras in my size. Until I went on bravissimo and found this bra. I ordered it on sunday and it was here already on tuesday! It’s amazing, I can run downstairs without holding my boobs! haha.
So yeah, if anyone is looking for a sports bra for big chested ladies these come in cup sizes D-H and back sizes 30-40.

The thigh gap craze.

Though almost everyone trying to lose weight on this site is obsessed with getting a gap between their thighs, it is almost impossible for the majority of people.

The people who have a gap between their thighs at a healthy weight are usually of Ectomorph or Mesomorph body types. People with an ectomorph body type are usually tall, slim and straight up and down, people with a mesomorph body type are usually slim, athletic, with a small waist, broad shoulders and big hips, and a fast metabolism. These lucky people can get that gap super easy, if they don’t have it already! However, the majority of people, especially those who have trouble losing weight, are of the Endomorph body type. Endomorphs carry most of their weight around the middle and the tops of their legs and arms are much bigger than the bottom of their legs and arms. This means in order to gain a thigh gap as a endomorph body type, you will probably need to become dangerously underweight, but your thighs will always be much bigger than your shins.

I suppose it sucks a bit, but that’s just how it is. Try not to get caught up in seeing a gap between your thighs, think about the flat tummy, slim but touching legs, slim arms, no muffin top, etc. Forget the gap, it’s not a sign of health in many people, but malnourishment.

Eat when you are peckish.

Don’t wait until you are starving hungry.

The feeling of hunger is usually caused by a drop in your blood sugar, so if you eat when you’re only feeling a little peckish, a piece of fruit will be more than enough to raise your blood sugar.
However, if you wait until you are feeling starving hungry, then your blood sugar will dropped by a lot, making your body want a quick, sugary fix. Simple carbs will release their sugar quickly, and this is what you’ll crave, potato chips, biscuits, chocolate and all things sugary! Since simple carbs release the sugar much quicker than complex carbs this will cause a sudden rise in your blood sugar, meaning your body will use the energy up quickly. Which means that your blood sugar will drop again quicker, causing a repetitive cycle!

This is what causes binging, whereas eating small, regular meals and snacks will allow you to feel full and satisfied throughout the day!

I love oatmeal!!!! I eat it every morning. And isn’t this such a pretty chart? Would be great as an ad for quaker oats or something.
I can’t wait to get my jump rope!

The truth about the ABC diet.

I’m writing this now, because I know when you first start a weightloss blog on tumblr, how tempting this diet can be.
You see those amazing before and after pictures, a large girl, followed by a picture of the same girl but with a xylophone ribcage, protruding hip bones and collar bones and a gap for miles, the weight has been lost in about 3 months. You think, “Okay, I don’t want to be that thin, but if I start this diet, I’ll just stop when the weight is off!” No, you won’t.
The ABC diet creates mental illness. When I first heard of it, I thought ABC stood for different calories being eaten on each day. It really stands for Ana Boot Camp, or Anorexia Boot Camp. That is exactly what it is, a boot camp program, which triggers the mental illness, anorexia nervosa.
The extreme weight loss within just a few months is only one of the things that the ABC diet brings. It comes along with dizziness, fainting, weakness, headaches, change of mentrual cycle, kidney problems, heart problems and even death.
Now ask yourself, is it really worth it?
