March Goals.
I know I’m late writing this, but oh well!
- Drink 2l of water per day.
- Get to 135lbs by end of month
- Run a 10 minute mile.
- Swim more.
- Record my intake more.
Determined to get flexible enough to sit down with my legs straight and apart and be able to put my head on my calf.
Lots of yoga, everyday!
If I lose 5lb by the time I finish reading my book…
…then I will treat myself to “Forbidden” by Tabitha Sazuma.
It will take about a month since I only really read before bed, but I wouldn’t want to lose 5lbs any faster than that tbh.
I get my braces off on February 22nd.
If I can lose 5lbs by then, I will treat myself to a nice lipstick! (Lipstick just doesn’t look right when you have braces.)
