Hey, im 5'2'', 127 lbs, vegan, and recently decided i'd like to lose 10-15 lbs. are there any vegan foods that i should stay away from to lose weight?
Also, any tips on how to lose weight without losing my boobs or ass? :)

Vegan diets are usually have very low fat content since they cut out dairy products. Unfortunately, I’m not very educated in vegan diets, but here’s a blog that could help you out.

There is no way to spot reduce fat, however exercising the muscles in your chest and butt can help make them perkier, thus making them look bigger and well, nicer, even if you lose a cup/jean size or two. Try press ups and a chest press machine to build your chest muschles (this will not give you pecks since the muscle on a woman will be hid behind breast tissue!) and squats and pilates for your booty!
