Hey, im 5'2'', 127 lbs, vegan, and recently decided i'd like to lose 10-15 lbs. are there any vegan foods that i should stay away from to lose weight? Also, any tips on how to lose weight without losing my boobs or ass? :) Vegan diets are usually have very low fat content since they cut out dairy products. Unfortunately, I’m not very educated in vegan diets, but here’s a blog that could help you out. |
