so im 14 years old. i am about 5 1'. i weight a lil less than 120. i have a little bit of chub on me. and i do not like it at all. all of my friends tell me im not fat but in my mind, i am. if you saw my body, you can see the chub. i WANTED to lose weight by the summer so i can look good at the beach..(especially if i go with my crush and just on vacation) im ashamed. i would love to join a gym, but i dont really have a lot of money since i cant get a job at this age and i feel bad making my parents pay for it.. any tips on helping me lose weight?

Even though your BMI is in the healthy weight range, I know what you mean about feeling chubby. You don’t need to join a gym to workout, there are so many great aerobics videos on youtube! You could go running or swimming, or buy a jump rope (you can get a basic one for about £1-£2). Swap junk food for healthy snacks. Just make sure you don’t go crazy with dieting and exercising, you’re healthy the way you are<3.
