Whenever I think I need a hydration nudge but don’t feel like drinking, I eat a red jalepeno pepper.

I down like 3 pints of water easy after that.

hey, im going out with my bf tomorrow to a thai restraurant.
the thing is, i have never eaten thai, and vegetarian, and not sure what to order that is low in calories.
do you have any suggestions for me?

I’m sorry I can’t be much help as I don’t like Thai food. Just try and stay away from creamy curries as they’re normally higher in calories than the spicy ones.

Hmm well.. I absolutely love home made veggie curry with brown rice. You can fill it with so many veggies and you can calorie control it so easily! I love Quorn chicken nuggets as well, haha. They’re super high in protein and a lot lower in fat than meat ones.
